This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds at DixTore.


1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email within this period.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded if opened or used:

  • Tattoo needles and cartridge needles

  • Single-use or sterile tattoo products

  • Any sealed item that has been opened after delivery

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or defective.


3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact us by email to request a return

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Send the item back securely packaged

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after approval.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after confirmation:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider

  • Contact us if the issue persists


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.


9. International Orders

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
